We are proud to announce that RED Group Apartments has been acknowledged with the label “People committed to quality” in 2008.

The Estonian Tourism Quality Programme is a business recognition scheme, which aims to increase the competitiveness of Estonia as a tourist destination by raising the quality of tourism products and service. The quality programme is coordinated by the Estonian Tourist Board within Enterprise Estonia by involving relevant experts and cooperation partners.

The model of the Estonian Tourism Quality Programme is tourism and service-specific and proceeds from the viewpoint that, in case of proper management, each tourism enterprise that has selected the right target group, succeeds in meeting and exceeding customer expectations with its service, i.e. offering quality.
