I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to you and your colleagues for the fantastic arrangements and communication since my original enquiry. I can honestly say I have never received such excellent service when arranging accommodation in the past. My girlfriend and I loved the apartment and Tallinn. The extra touches such as organising the taxi transfers for us really added to the experience.
We will definitely return to Tallinn soon and will be in touch when we do. I will also have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and family.

The quality of the furniture, fixtures and fittings as well as the finish to the apartment was impeccable. Your service was excellent and we were highly impressed by your linguist abilities. It has been over three weeks since we were in Tallinn in the apartment you rented me.
Finally, I have a minute to thank you for the grand apartment you found for us. It was very clean and, as you said, in a central location for everything was two minutes from Raekoja Square.
We had a wonderful time discovering the museums, the small streets, the shops and the people we met were very helpful and friendly. All the best and happy New Year.

Living in London we have come to expect delays, stress and poor accommodation but we both agree when we say how wonderful our short break was. The accommodation was fantastic - we couldn't have wished for a better location. We thoroughly enjoyed wandering aimlessly around The Old Town. I was pretty impressed with the quality of accommodation offered by this company not to mention their attention to customer service which was second to none. They arranged for a taxi to collect me from the port and deliver me to the apartment....free of charge. Nele, was available to give advise and help with anything I wanted to know and the apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The rate was good too. Cheaper than a hotel or some dodgy room near a strip bar!! Top Marks!!!
The location was 5 minutes walk to the Old town square but in a quite street which meant good nights sleep and being on the top floor of an old building...meant views of the port, too.
